Use:
Apply soft massages along the limbs (ankle, going up to the top of the thigh) .
Before use, always macke a test in the elbow to check that you have no allergic reaction to the essential oils. .
Do not expose yourself to the sun for 10 hours after application. Not recommended for pregnant women and young children.
